By accessing or using Wild Card Night ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

4. Virtual Currency

All chips and in-game currency on Wild Card Night are entirely virtual. They hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for real money, prizes, goods, or anything of value. Virtual currency is provided solely for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual currency balances at any time without notice or compensation.

5. No Prizes or Winnings

Wild Card Night does not offer, award, or distribute any prizes, rewards, cash, or anything of monetary value. There are no tournaments, competitions, or events with real-world prizes. Gameplay outcomes have no financial consequence.

6. Paid Subscriptions

Wild Card Night may offer optional paid subscriptions that provide access to additional features and cosmetic content. These subscriptions:

• Do not grant any gameplay advantage over free users
• Do not provide any form of monetary return or investment
• Do not include real-money wagering or prize eligibility
• Are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

Subscription fees are for access to premium features and content only. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or disrupt the experience of other users.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Card Night and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Virtual currency balances are forfeited upon account termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
